The short version
Ask within 14 days and you get your money back. You don't have to explain why.
Nothing we make is on sale yet, so nobody needs this page today. It's here so you know where we stand before you ever hand us money.
Why we give you the 14 days
Because we'd rather refund you than keep money from someone who isn't happy. Strictly speaking we don't owe it — digital things you get access to straight away usually carry no right to change your mind, in Turkey and in plenty of other places. We give it anyway.
It covers your first purchase of something, and the first payment of a subscription.
Subscriptions
Stop one whenever you like. Stopping it ends the next payment, and you keep what you've already paid for until that period runs out.
If a renewal caught you by surprise and you haven't really used the thing since, tell us and we'll give it back. Charging someone for a month they forgot about is a rotten way to make a living.
If it's broken, forget the 14 days
If something didn't do what we said it does, the clock doesn't apply. Tell us whenever you notice and we'll either fix it or refund you.
How to ask
Email hello@bober.tech from the address you bought with, and say which app. That's everything we need. We answer within two working days.
The money goes back the way it came, usually in five to ten working days depending on your bank. Since our apps are sold through Polar as merchant of record, Polar processes it and you'll see it as a reversal of the original charge. You can also ask them directly if you'd rather.
Your legal rights
This sits on top of the rights you have as a consumer where you live. Nothing here takes any of them away.
